The best apartment that I've ever lived in. Management is extremely responsive and timely with all requests! The maintenance crew (and they're on-site, not outsourced) is fantastic and super nice. No bugs, none at all! The appliances are quite up to date and have no issues (includes washer/dryer). I recommend this apartment to ANYONE that want's a good experience. Only downside is no dogs and the dumb geese, sometimes I feel I have to fight them to go to the mailbox/dumpster.

I lived at the Lakes of Greenbrier for 2 years. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My apartment was a 2 bd 2 bath. If you’re looking for luxury, this may not be the highest on your list, but the community and units are clean, and the staff treat you like family. Ms Jodi is super helpful, kind and honest. She gets straight to the point and will do all she can to help you. The maintenance team is on point and are always around if you have any issues. I got to know just about all the neighbors in my unit, and they were always kind...especially the neighbor under me! I would constantly apologize to her, because my kids ran through the house like animals. God bless her, she always said “ I can’t hear anything”. Lol well to wrap it up, lakes of greenbrier is a good community for families looking for a clean and safe environment. I’m beyond sad leaving, but hopefully you’ll find your new home there.

My boyfriend and I just moved in and we are so excited and happy with the way everything went. Deanna & Jodi made the move in/leasing process so easy and fast. Our apartment is 'rejuvenated' and we couldn't ask for a nicer place to call home, with such caring staff members helping us with our move. I would highly recommend Lakes of Greenbrier.
